Did you know… you can now also make group reservations with us?

Whether you’re coming with friends, colleagues, or your student association, Vapiano has everything you need for a great time together. Enjoy our delicious sharing dishes, or simply choose your favorite pasta or pizza for yourself. We have long tables for large groups, and we can often set up a cozy ‘corner’ in the restaurant just for you.

Reservations are not required for groups of 12 or fewer, but you are welcome to make one. Simply email us at reservations@vapianorestaurants.nl.

For groups of 13 or more, a fixed menu is available. Please contact us via reservations@vapianorestaurants.nl for more details.

Lunch:

Essenziale Menu (Main Course Only):
Main courses: choice of pasta (Pasta Pomodoro, Bolognese, Carbonara Salmone), pizza (Margherita, Tonno, BBQ Chicken), or Salad Mista.
Price:
With 1 drink: €19

Amore Menu (Starter + Main Course):
Starters: Bruschetta, Carpaccio, Tomato soup.
Main courses: choice of pasta (Pomodoro, Bolognese, Carbonara Salmone), pizza (Margherita, Tonno, BBQ Chicken), or Salad Mista.
Price:
With 1 drink: €27

Completo Menu (Starter + Main Course + Dessert):
Starters: Bruschetta, Bruschetta Mozzarella, Carpaccio, Tomato soup.
Main courses: choice of pasta (Pomodoro, Bolognese, Carbonara Salmone, including Pasta Gamberetti e Spinaci), pizza (Margherita, Tonno, BBQ Chicken, including Pizza Americana), or Salad Mista.
Desserts: Cheesecake or Sticky Brownie Cake.

Note: The second drink costs an additional €3 per drink. Extra drinks are available via our QR ordering system: Swinckels 25 cl (or 0.0 Swinckels), wine, Vapiano Ice Tea, soft drinks, and lemonades.

Payment and Cancellation Terms
• After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with a payment link. Payment is required to finalize the reservation.
• Changes (such as the number of guests) must be confirmed at least 7 days prior to the reservation date.
• All bookings are subject to the Supplementary General Terms and Conditions for Group Bookings.
